COMPANY HISTORY

  • 1992
    Herman Stols founded Herman Stols Accountants

    Herman stols, a sole proprietor, operating from his home founded Herman Stols

  • 1993
    Herman’s wife joined the company.

    Herman’s wife joined the company to assist him with day to day running of the business.

  • 1996
    The team increased

    The team increased with 3 additional clerks and Herman Stols Accountants relocated to offices in Pretoria North. The company thrived and its client base grew annually.

  •  2011
    Gerhard Stols joins the team

    In 2011, Herman’s son, Gerhard Stols, a newly qualified CA (SA) joined the team. Herman & Gerhard’s dream was to grow the business through the expansion of their service offerings, while staying true to their vision of personalised service relationships and meeting each client’s unique, and individual needs. From 2011 to date, Herman Stols Accountants has grown to a staff compliment of over 50 highly skilled employees who share the same vision and dream. The team travel across South Africa on a weekly basis, offering personalised services (including Audit, Legal, Finance, BEE and Tax) to a variety of clients on a National Level.

    a national one-stop financial and administration services company was incorporated on the foundation of Herman Stols Accountants.
